Chipotle Diet - Steve Ells

I got to meet the man himself, Chipotle Mexican Grill Founder and CEO, Steve Ells.  He was speaking at a food and wine festival, and I got a moment to tell him my personal Chipotle story.  I also got the opportunity to thank him for blazing the trail on "Food with Integrity".  This program may have literally saved my life.
